MEET JIMMY 

Born James Philip Alexander III, Jimmy Alexander is a multifaceted actor whose journey into the performing arts began unexpectedly through his wife’s influence and a successful first audition. Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, and now based in Saint Augustine, Florida, Jimmy transitioned from a music career to acting with a breakout role as Rocky in The Rocky Horror Show, which ignited his enduring passion for the stage and screen.

A former bassoonist with the Marine Band San Diego and Jacksonville University, Jimmy brings a deep musical sensibility to his roles. His vocal skills, refined under the mentorship of Matt Morgan, allow him to perform across genres, from classical to rock. Known for his fearless presence and emotional depth, Jimmy gravitates toward intense dramatic roles, especially in westerns and military films, often portraying complex antagonists.

Outside the spotlight, Jimmy is a successful dentist and founder of Alexander Dental (est. 2009). His medical practice enhances his artistry, blending empathy and discipline into his performances. An instrument-rated private pilot, he also enjoys flying, snowboarding, scuba diving, and attending Burning Man. Jimmy is a devoted husband and father to three children, Kayla, Gavin, and Tori, and continues to embrace every new challenge as an opportunity for growth and connection.
